Jeffrey D. Forster - CFO:
Jeffrey D. Forster is founder and managing director of Park Avenue
Capital - a financial communication and consulting firm specializing in small
capitalization public and private companies. The firm has worked with more than
50 clients over a 10-year period. During this time Mr. Forster structured
private and public debt and equity financing, negotiated alliances,
partnerships, acquisitions and sales. He was the founder and principal of
Forster Graphics, Inc. - a multi-media advertising firm specializing in media
placement and consumer product promotion. Over the company's 18-year history it
has designed and placed millions of dollars of media for numerous clients. He
was the founder and managing director of City Realty AM, Inc. - a real estate
consulting and development company which has over its 16-year history
participated in the management, co-invested and/or developed over 2 million
square feet of commercial and residential property throughout the United
States. Mr. Forster studied business and finance and earned his Bachelor of
Science from Ithaca College in New York.
Chris Tranquellino - Chief Technology Officer:
Chris is responsible for the technical and operational departments of Park Avenue Capital. He served as Director of Implementation & Operations at Buildscape, Inc. Before that, he was Director of Program Management at BarnesandNoble.com, during which he successfully led the growth and direction of the company's technical project operations. Chris was a program manager with DLJdirect, where he managed the development resources on driving and implementing large-scale systems and operations process. Before DLJdirect, Chris worked at Lehman Brothers in its strategy and technology practice, managing large, multinational projects focused on corporate, business, and marketing strategy for internal business units. Chris holds a M.S. with honors in Computer Science and Business Information Systems from Hofstra University in New York.
